Advanced 3D Modeling Informational Interview

You are required to conduct an informational interview with someone working as a full-time professional in your field.

This is due class 02, week 09.

You are to select 10-12 questions, or create your own, from the list below ("200 Informational Interview Questions"), find a professional who is working full-time in the field you wish to enter upon graduation, and arrange to conduct a 15-30 minute interview.  Ideally, this interview should be in person, in the professionals’ place of work.  If that is impossible, then the interview may be conducted via e-mail, phone, web-cam or chat. 

You should take copious notes and/or record the interview.

To turn in:

The completed and signed form below
And a 2-page, (double-spaced, in electronic form) report on the interview, detailing what points you will apply to your own career development, and, as proof of your in-person experience, your interviewees' business card.
