Each person in the group will present their work to the rest of the group.
Like the Website critique, each person will take a different role in giving feedback:

Person 1 will critique the work based on its’ technical achievement
They will list three things that worked well and three things that could be improved.

Person 2 will critique the work based on its’ aesthetic achievement.
They will list three things that worked well and three things that could be improved.

Person 3 (in groups of four), will critique the work based on its’ realism.
They will list three things that worked well and three things that could be improved.
(In groups of three, Persons 1 and 2 should critique the works’ realism)

Definitions: |
Technical Achievement –
How sophisticated is the modeling?
How accurate is the modeling?
Are textures created and applied well?
Are there lights and do they illuminate the scene well?
|
Aesthetic Achievement –
Are the rendered images well composed?
Do the colors and textures of the objects work well together?
Is the image too dark or too light?
Are all of the objects in the environment clear?
|
Achievement in Realism –
Does it look like it could exist in the physical world?
Are all of the objects that are supposed to be on the ground, on the ground?
Are the objects in the environment scaled proportionally?
If there is any lighting, is it believable?

As before, after each presentation, the persons on the team should rotate to take turns in each of the roles, so that everyone has had the opportunity to address each of the points.

After each person has presented their work to the rest of the group, the team as a whole will choose one project to showcase. The person responsible for the project will give their presentation to the class, and their teammates will present their reasons for choosing the work, detailing their critiques for it.

- Who is the occupants favorate musical group or person?
- What activities occur in this environment?
Reserach & Development:
- Visual inspiration
- Photos of the actual environment
- Sketches and/or drawings
- Web and or library (print) resources
- Final renderings from multiple different views (minimum of three)
- An explanation of your final design solution (verbal and visual)
Recommendations: These are helpful suggestions to improve your powerpoint presentation.
In Progress work:
- Documentation of your workflow thoughout your project is not only educational but also interesting.
- Show your progress, what worked, what didn't work, why you changed your mind.

| will be based on how successful you were at demonstrating the following: |
- Detailed and complex use of 3d forms.
- Lighting that shows, shade, shadows, shading in and around your 3D environment.
- Use of premade and or custom materials from the 3ds max material library.
- Good composition in your renderings via effective framing from within the camera shots.
- Quality of presentation.
