    1. This folder should be labeled with the individuals’ name.

  5. Using this print out as a reference each group member will interview one other member of the group.

Part III – The Team Bio Presentation – for next class, Week 01, Class 02.

Once assembled and saved, the team will begin to “team learn” and use Microsoft’s Power Point to put together a quality presentation next class meeting.

The team needs to create a cohesive and engaging presentation that represents and introduces all of the team members.

The general structure of the presentation can be:

An introduction to the team

The designated “Leader” speaking and presenting images that represent the group as a whole.
Another team member “driving”

Problems and solutions

The “Leader” presents experiences of problems encountered with this assignment and during the first two days of life at AIM and how those problems were overcome.

The bios

The “Interviewer” speaking and presenting on their “Interviewee”
A different member of the team “driving”
These duties are rotated with each team member speaking about the person whom they interviewed, and with each new speaker, a different team member “driving” until all of the team members have been introduced.

The Syllabus and Professionalism Rubric

The Team members display and explain the points of the Professionalism Rubric they discussed.

“The Making Of…”

The team members need to document the process they are going through to learn Power Point and the workings of AIM --  how the information is shared, and how the presentation is put together. Think of it as a behind the scenes documentary like what you might see on the DVD extras but in Power Point format.

The wrap-up

The “Leader” or a new spokesperson presents what they have in common – interests, goals, obstacles and dreams

Creating the presentation

The typical working process for this----

the team as a whole decides on its’ theme and general approach to the presentation.

Each team member gathers images both for themselves and the rest of the team.

Each team member creates a separate presentation about their interview subject, using mostly visuals to inform the class about them.

The individual presentations are then imported into the “Master” team presentation for the final.

The team then rehearses the presentation, deciding the order and details of each persons’ part.

When the final Power Point is complete, it should be copied to the designated folder on the Drop Off Drive.
